      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定乌梅中非法添加的焦糖色素。方法 样品用水提取后, 加入乙醇沉淀, 弃去上清, 用水复溶滤过后, 选用Luna SCX 100 ?色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), 以10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠为流动相等度洗脱, 二极管阵列检测器检测。结果 焦糖色素在0.0243~2.4300 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9999); 检出限为0.10 mg/kg; 定量限为0.19 mg/kg; 平均回收率为90.1%, 相对标准偏差为1.8% (n=6)。结论 该方法灵敏度好、回收率高, 适用于乌梅中非法添加剂焦糖色素的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of illegal additive caramel in Mume fructus by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods After the sample was extracted with water, ethanol was added for precipitation, the supernatant was discarded, and the sample was reconstituted with water and filtered. Luna SCX 100 ? (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) chromatography column was selected. The 10 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate was used as the mobile phase for isocratic elution and detected by a diode array detector. Results Caramel exhibited a good linear relationship with peak area within the range of 0.0243–2.4300 mg/mL (r=0.9999); the limit of detection was 0.10 mg/kg; the limit of quantitation was 0.19 mg/kg; the average recovery rate was 90.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.8% (n=6). Conclusion This method has good sensitivity and high recovery rate, and is suitable for the detection of illegal additive caramel in Mume fructus.
