| 目的 建立新型食品接触材料中两种紫外线吸收剂的残留量检测方法。方法 将样品冷冻粉碎后, 以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂, 在室温下超声提取60 min, 重复提取2次后采用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法进样分析, 通过设置程序升温条件, 在多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)模式下进行检测, 采用内标法定量。结果 两种紫外线吸收剂2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑(drometrizole, UV-P)和2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑(bumetrizole, UV-326)呈现出良好的线性关系(r2大于0.99), 检出限低至0.03 mg/kg。添加回收率实验表明, 回收率在89.2%~102.1%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSDs)在1.9%~5.6%之间。结论 本方法检出限低, 准确度较高, 能够满足植物纤维/聚丙烯材料中UV-P及UV-326残留量的检测要求, 为生物降解植物纤维/聚丙烯材料在食品包装上的使用风险控制提供技术支撑; 残留量结果表明, 植物纤维/聚丙烯材料中两种紫外线吸收剂的检出率较高, 需进一步关注其迁移风险。 |

| Objective To establish a method for determination of the residual levels of 2 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers in new food contact materials. Methods The sample was firsty frozen and crushed, and then extracted under ultrasonic extraction at room temperature for 60 min, by using dichloromethane as the extraction solvent. After being extracted twice repeatedly, the sample was analyzed with gas chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. By setting the programmed heating conditions, the analysis was carried out in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and quantified by using internal standard method. Results The working curves of these 2 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers drometrizole (UV-P) and bumetrizole (UV-326) showed a good linear relationship (r2 greater than 0.99), with a limit of detection as low as 0.03 mg/kg. The recovery rate addition experiment showed that the recovery rates ranged from 89.2% to 102.1%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 1.9% and 5.6%. Conclusion This method shows a low limit of detection and high accuracy, which can meet the detection requirements for UV-P and UV-326 residues in plant fibers/polypropylene materials. This method can provide technical support for the risk control of food packaging which is composed of biodegradable plant fiber/polypropylene materials. The residual results indicate that the detection rates of these 2 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers in plant fiber/polypropylene materials are relatively high, and further attention should be paid to their migration risks. |
