| 目的 对热带水果快速检测产品进行评价与分析。方法 以代表性的热带水果(荔枝、香蕉、芒果)为研究对象, 选取市面主流的针对常见风险因子的胶体金快速检测产品, 运用实验室加标盲样评价和实际样品验证两种方法进行质量评价和验证。主要考察产品的假阳性率、假阴性率、产品类型、品牌差异等方面。结果 98个快速检测产品参与加标盲样评价, 符合率46.9%; 26个产品参与实际样品验证, 符合率42.3%; 16个不同批号的同一产品参与两种方法验证, 有9个结果一致, 占比56.3%。总体来看单卡符合率大于多联卡, 假阴性率超过5%是导致热带水果快速检测产品不准确的主要原因, 并表现出较大的品牌差异。结论 热带水果快速检测产品整体符合率较低, 需加大研发力度, 提升产品质量, 完善产品评价体系。本研究可为热带水果质量安全快速检测技术的优化、标准制定及科学应用提供数据支持和理论参考。 |

| Objective To evaluate and analyze the rapid detection products for tropical fruit. Methods The representative tropical fruits (litchi, banana, mango) were selected as the research objects, and the mainstream colloidal gold rapid detection products for common risk factors were selected. The quality of the products was evaluated and verified by 2 kinds of methods: Laboratory standard blind sample evaluation and actual sample verification. It mainly investigated the false positive rate, false negative rate, product type, brand difference and so on. Results A total of 98 rapid detection products participated in the blind sample evaluation with additional standards, with a matching rate of 46.9%; 26 products participated in the actual sample verification, with a matching rate of 42.3%. Among the 16 different batch numbers of the same product that participated in the verification by 2 kinds of methods, 9 results were consistent, accounting for 56.3%. Overall, the matching rate of single-card was higher than that of multi-card, and the false negative rate exceeding 5% was the main reason for the inaccuracy of tropical fruit rapid testing products, which also showed significant brand differences. Conclusion The total matching rate of rapid detection products for tropical fruits is relatively low. It is necessary to increase research and development efforts, improve product quality and perfect the product evaluation system. This paper can provide data support and theoretical reference for the optimization, standard formulation and scientific application of rapid testing technology for the quality and safety of tropical fruit. |
