      玻璃制品凭借其质感、稳定的化学性质以及较高的安全性, 在食品包装、餐厨用具等各类食品接触产品中得到广泛应用。然而, 近年来玻璃原料的多元化与加工工艺的日趋复杂化, 在提升产品美观度和质感的同时, 也引发了钴、铬等更多金属元素迁移的潜在安全隐患。为更好地保障消费者健康, 不同国家和地区陆续出台或修订了食品接触用玻璃制品的相关法规与标准。食品接触用玻璃制品中未知风险的增加和法规标准的变更, 极大地增加了行业在全球化贸易中的合规难度。本文系统介绍了国际标准化组织、中国、欧盟及其成员国、美国、加拿大、日本、韩国、俄罗斯等组织、国家和地区的食品接触用玻璃制品法规标准, 从管理模式、限量指标、检测条件、检测方法和符合性判定规则定5个维度对其食品安全要求进行了对比与分析, 并对食品接触用玻璃制品行业的产品质量与合规管控, 以及该领域的研究方向提出了建议, 旨在为食品接触用玻璃制品的食品安全风险控制、合规管理和标准完善提供参考。

      Glass products are widely used in various food contact articles, including food packaging and kitchenware, due to their texture, stable chemical properties and inherent safety. However, the diversification of glass raw materials and the increasing complexity of processing technologies in recent years, while enhancing product aesthetics and texture, have also raised potential safety concerns regarding the migration of metallic elements such as cobalt and chromium. To better safeguard consumer health, various countries and regions have successively introduced or revised regulations and standards for food-contact glass products. The increase in unknown food safety risks in food-contact glass products and the changes in regulations and standards have greatly increased the compliance difficulty for the industry in global trade. This paper systematically reviewed the regulatory standards for food-contact glass products across key organizations, nations, and regions—including the International Organization for Standardization, China, the European Union and its member states, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Russia. A comparative analysis of their food safety requirements was conducted from 5 dimensions: Regulatory frameworks, limit specifications, testing conditions, analytical methods and compliance assessment criteria. Furthermore, recommendations were proposed for product quality and compliance management within the food-contact glass products industry, as well as for future research directions in this domain. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for enhancing food safety risk control, compliance governance and standard optimization for food-contact glass products.
