| 随着社会发展和生活水平提升, 消费者对农产品质量与安全的要求不断提高。产地溯源作为农产品真伪鉴别的重要手段之一, 近年来受到广泛关注。稳定同位素分析因其具有所需样品量少、准确度高、普适性强以及不易受人为干扰的特点, 已被广泛用于各类农产品的产地溯源研究中。然而, 单一的稳定同位素分析有时不能达到理想的溯源准确度, 因此, 将稳定同位素与其他技术联用成为提升溯源准确度的重要发展方向。目前, 稳定同位素与多元素分析、有机成分分析等技术相结合, 已在粮食、水果、中药材等多种农产品的产地判别中取得良好应用。本文综述了近5年来稳定同位素分析与其他技术结合在植物源性农产品产地溯源中的应用研究进展, 总结了当前在实际应用中存在的问题, 并对其发展方向予以总结与展望, 旨在为实现更精准的农产品产地溯源提供参考。 |

| With the social development and the improvement of living standards, consumers’ requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products have been continuously increasing. As one of the important means for identifying the authenticity of agricultural products, origin traceability has garnered widespread attention in recent years. Stable isotope analysis, characterized by its low sample requirement, high accuracy, strong applicability and resistance to human interference, has been widely employed in origin traceability research for various agricultural products. However, relying solely on stable isotope analysis sometimes fails to achieve the desired accuracy in traceability. Consequently, combining stable isotopes with other techniques has become a significant direction for improving traceability precision. Currently, the integration of stable isotopes with techniques such as multi-element analysis and organic component analysis has demonstrated effective application in origin discrimination for various agricultural products, including grains, fruits and medicinal herbs. This paper reviewed the research progress over the past 5 years regarding the combination of stable isotope analysis with other techniques in the origin traceability of plant-derived agricultural products. It summarized existing challenges in practical applications and offered insights into future development directions, aiming to provide a reference for achieving more accurate origin traceability of agricultural products. |
