      目的 制备一种基于特异性抗原、抗体反应的快速检测试纸条, 用于骆驼乳掺假的快速、高敏检测。方法 利用牛乳和骆驼乳α-乳白蛋白结构差异, 开发特异性抗体, 并采用间接竞争胶体金免疫层析技术, 开发检测试纸条。结果 该试纸条可检测骆驼乳掺假, 其灵敏度能够达到0.03%, 此外也可用于检测骆驼乳粉中的掺假, 其检测灵敏度以乳粉计可达到0.1%。结论 本研究开发的胶体金快速层析检测试纸条, 灵敏度高、操作便捷、成本低, 大大地提高了检测效率, 对骆驼乳掺假的快速检测和筛查起到重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a rapid detection test strip based on specific antigen-antibody reactions, which can be used for rapid and highly sensitive detection of camel milk adulteration. Methods By utilizing the structural differences of α-lactalbumin between cow’s milk and camel milk, specific antibodies were developed. Then, an indirect competitive colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique was adopted to develop the detection test strip. Results The test strip could detect adulteration in camel milk, with a sensitivity of up to 0.03%. In addition, it could also be used to detect adulteration in camel milk powder and its detection sensitivity could reach 0.1% when calculated based on milk powder. Conclusion The colloidal gold rapid chromatographic detection test strip developed in this study has high sensitivity, convenient operation and low cost. It greatly improves the detection efficiency and plays an important role in the rapid detection and screening of camel milk adulteration.
