      目的 建立气相色谱法测定水果和蔬菜中仲丁胺残留量的方法。方法 将样品在酸性溶液中摇匀, 压盖后, 60 ℃加热40 min, 样品中的仲丁胺在密闭容器内的酸性溶液中会扩散至气相中, 用顶空气相色谱法测定上层气相中仲丁胺含量, 外标法定量。结果 仲丁胺在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内, 线性关系良好, 相关系数(r2)大于0.99, 检出限为0.05 mg/kg, 定量限为0.1 mg/kg。回收率的范围为84.1%~91.8%, 精密度小于15%。结论 该方法操作简单, 分析速度快, 灵敏度高, 重复性好, 结果准确, 可以用于水果和蔬菜中仲丁胺残留量的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of sec-butylamine residues in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatographic. Methods The sample was shaken in acidic solution, capped and heated at 60 ℃ for 40 min. The sec-butylamine in the sample would diffuse into the gas phase in the closed container’s acidic solution. The content of sec-butylamine in the upper gas phase was determined by gas chromatography, and quantified by external standard method. Results Sec-butylamine showed good linearity in the range of 0.1–2.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient (r2) was over 0.99. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation were 0.05 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg, respectively. Recoveries ranged from 84.1% to 91.8% with relative standard deviations less than 15%. Conclusion This method is simple to operate, has a fast analysis speed, high sensitivity, good repeatability and accurate results. It can be used for the determination of isobutylamine residues in fruits and vegetables.
