| 目的 对恰麻古蜂蜜丸子制备工艺进行优化, 并对其进行质量检查与测定其抗氧化性。方法 用水提醇沉法从恰麻古中提取多糖, 干燥粉碎并过筛。其余原料库尔勒香梨、陈皮、山楂等的干材, 同法粉碎并过筛。将上述料粉混合均匀, 经塑制法得到初步成品。采用单因素实验和正交实验, 进行恰麻古蜂蜜丸子制备工艺优化; 依据2020年版《中国药典》丸剂项下要求对所制备的蜂蜜丸子从性状、水分检查、重量差异检查等多个方面进行质量控制; 再进行体外抗氧化实验以研究其抗氧化活性。结果 可以选用塑制法制备蜂蜜丸子, 根据正交实验结果得到最佳制备工艺为: 炼蜜规格为老蜜, 和料蜜温50 ℃, 炼蜜与料粉比例为1.1:1 (m:m), 此工艺制得的蜂蜜丸子质量检查合格。抗氧化实验表明, 蜂蜜丸子对2,2’-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐阳离子自由基、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基和羟基自由基都有一定的清除能力。结论 本研究制得的蜂蜜丸子质量检查合格, 有抗氧化作用, 具有良好发展前景。 |

| Objective To optimize the preparation process for Brassica rapa L. honey pills, inspect the quality and determine its antioxidant properties. Methods Polysaccharides were extracted from Brassica rapa L. via water extraction and alcohol precipitation, followed by drying, crushing and sieving. The remaining raw materials (including Korla pear, dried tangerine peel and hawthorn) were similarly processed and sieved. The resulting powders were uniformly mixed, and a preliminary product was obtained through a plastic molding method. The preparation process of Brassica rapa L. honey pills was optimized using single-factor and orthogonal experiments. Quality control of the prepared honey pills was conducted in accordance with the requirements for pills in the 2020 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia, covering aspects such as characteristics, moisture content and weight variation. Finally, in vitro antioxidant experiments were performed to investigate their antioxidant activity. Results Honey pills could be made using the molding method. The optimal preparation process, determined through orthogonal experimentation, was as follows: The honey refining specification was old honey, and the temperature of the raw honey was 50 ℃, and the ratio of honey refining to raw powder was 1.1:1 (m:m). Honey pills prepared using this process met all quality standards. Antioxidant experiments indicated that these honey pills possessed a certain scavenging capacity against 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid), 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and hydroxyl radicals. Conclusion The honey pill prepared by this method is qualified in quality inspection, has antioxidant effect and good development prospects. |
