| 目的 探究肉桂不同处理组(带皮、刮皮、粗皮)的15种无机元素含量分布差异, 评估刮皮工艺对重金属风险的控制作用。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定3组样品中无机元素含量, 通过单因素方差分析(one-way analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA)、主成分分析(principal component analysis, PCA)、正交偏最小二乘判别分析(orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis, OPLS-DA)进行差异性分析, 并开展重金属及有害元素风险评估。结果 粗皮组10种无机元素(Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Pb等)含量显著高于带皮组和刮皮组(P<0.05), 其中Pb含量远超2020版《中国药典》标准(不合格率90.9%); OPLS-DA筛选出Sr、Pb、Cu、Rb为区分粗皮与其他两组的特征元素; 健康风险评估显示, 3组元素每日摄入量均在安全范围, 但粗皮组风险较高。结论 本研究采用的ICP-MS测定肉桂中无机元素含量的方法简便、可靠; 粗皮对于这10种元素具有显著的富集作用, 炮制时去除粗皮可降低重金属暴露风险, 为其质量控制提供参考。 |

| Objective To explore the distribution differences of 15 kinds of inorganic elements in different processing groups of Cinnamomum cassia Presl (with bark, scraped bark and rough bark) and assess the effect of the bark-scraping process on the control of heavy metal risks. Methods The content of inorganic elements in the 3 groups of samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Difference analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA, principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), and risk assessment of heavy metals and harmful elements was conducted. Results The content of 10 kinds ofinorganic elements (Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Pb, etc.) in the rough bark group was significantly higher than that in the with-bark group and the rough bark group (P<0.05). Among them, the Pb content far exceeded the standards of the 2020 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia (with a failure rate of 90.9%). OPLS-DA identified Sr, Pb, Cu and Rb as characteristic elements distinguishing the rough bark group from the other two groups. Health risk assessment showed that the daily intake of elements in the 3 groups was within the safe range, but the risk in the rough bark group was relatively higher. Conclusion The ICP-MS method adopt in this study for determining the content of inorganic elements in Cinnamomum cassia Presl simple and reliable. The rough bark has a significant enrichment effect on these 10 kinds ofelements, and removing the rough bark during processing can reduce the risk of heavy metal exposure. This study can provide references for its quality control. |
