      目的 优化滇黄精浸膏的浸提工艺, 在保障高抗氧化活性的前提下确定最佳工艺参数。方法 采用熵权法确定浸膏得率、总多糖含量、抗氧化活性等指标的权重系数, 计算综合评分。通过单因素实验研究乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对滇黄精浸膏提取工艺的影响, 在上述基础上, 以综合评分为响应值, 通过响应面法优化滇黄精浸膏提取工艺。结果 滇黄精浸膏的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数60%, 浸提温度90 ℃, 浸提时间2 h, 料液比1:40 (g:mL)。通过所确定的最优工艺参数, 平行制备了3批滇黄精膏样品。经计算, 各批次的综合评分分别为98.92、99.09和98.81, 相对标准偏差为0.14%。结论 本研究优化了滇黄精的一种提取工艺, 确定提取工艺可行并为滇黄精的开发利用提供了依据。

      Objective To optimize the extraction process of Polygonatum kingianum, and determine the optimal process parameters under the premise of ensuring high antioxidant activity. Methods This study utilized the entropy weight method to ascertain the weight coefficients of various metrics, including extract yield, total polysaccharide content and antioxidant activity, facilitating the calculation of a comprehensive score. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction duration and extraction temperature on the extraction process were examined through single-factor experiments. Based on the above, the extraction process of Polygonatum kingianum was optimized using response surface methodology, with the comprehensive score serving as the response value. Results The optimal extraction conditions were an ethanol volume fraction of 60%, an extraction temperature of 90 ℃, an extraction duration of 2 h and a solid-liquid ratio of 1:40 (g:mL). By using the determined optimal process parameters, the 3 parallel batches of samples yielded comprehensive scores of 98.92, 99.09 and 98.81, with a relative standard deviation of 0.14%. Conclusion This research optimize an extraction process of Polygonatum kingianum, confirming its feasibility and providing a basis for the development and utilization of Polygonatum kingianum.
