      目的 建立基于胶体金免疫层析技术的快速检测蔬菜中毒死蜱残留的方法。方法 对提取溶剂、提取时间、检测温度等前处理条件进行系统优化, 确定最佳快速检测参数, 并确定该快速检测方法的假阴性率、假阳性率、相对准确度等性能指标。结果 8.0 mL 0.1 mol/L 磷酸盐缓冲溶液为试样提取溶剂, 3 min为提取时间, 检测温度为15~35 ℃是最佳的快速检测参数。实验结果显示, 该方法的假阴性率和假阳性率均为0%, 相对准确度为100%; 20份蔬菜试样的快速检测结果与液相色谱-串联质谱法检测结果一致。结论 该方法的检测性能良好, 适用于现场快速检测和大规模筛查。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a rapid detection method suitable for the determination of chlorpyrifos residues in vegetables based on the colloidal gold immunochromatographic technology. Methods The pretreatment conditions such as extraction solvent, extraction time and detection temperature were systematically optimized to determine the optimal rapid detection parameters. Additionally, the performance indicators of this rapid detection method, including false negative rate, false positive rate and relative accuracy, were confirmed. Results Using 8.0 mL of 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer saline solution as the sample extraction solvent, setting the extraction time to 3 min, and controlling the detection temperature within the range of 15–35 ℃ were determined as the optimal parameters for rapid detection. The experimental results showed that the false negative rate and false positive rate of this method were both 0%, with a relative accuracy of 100%; the rapid detection results of 20 vegetable samples were consistent with those obtained by the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. Conclusion This method demonstrates excellent detection performance and is suitable for on-site rapid detection and large-scale screening of chlorpyrifos residues in vegetables.
