      目的 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定墨红玫瑰、滇红玫瑰、平阴玫瑰、大马士革玫瑰4种玫瑰花鲜样中31种元素含量的方法并对其含量特征进行分析。方法 新鲜玫瑰花样品使用微波消解仪程序消解后, 采用ICP-MS技术进行测定。使用单因素方差分析(one-way analysis of variance, One-Way ANOVA)和事后多重检验(least significant difference, LSD)进行数据分析。结果 玫瑰花中31种元素在测定范围内相关系数(r)均大于0.999, 各元素检出限在0.001~0.167 mg/kg之间, 加标回收率在81.8%~119.8之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)均小于5%。不同品种玫瑰花中K、Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Al、Mn、Zn 8种元素含量较高, 玫瑰花样品中均未检出Be、Ag、Sb、Hg元素, Li、Sn、TI、Th、U元素均小于其元素定量限。不同品种的玫瑰花中K元素的平均含量均超过2.5 g/kg, Ca和Mg平均含量大于0.3 g/kg, Na和Al平均含量大于5.0 mg/kg, Fe、Mn、Zn平均含量均超过3.0 mg/kg。有害元素Pb、Cd、Hg、As符合GB 2762—2020《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》要求, Cu符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)限量。差异性分析显示墨红玫瑰K、平阴玫瑰Ca及大马士革玫瑰Na含量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05); 滇红玫瑰Mg和Fe、平阴玫瑰Zn及大马士革玫瑰Al含量在4种玫瑰中含量较高。结论 不同品种玫瑰花中的元素组成成分相似, 但不同元素含量存在显著差异, 本研究可为玫瑰花在食品、药品等领域中的应用提供科学依据。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 31 kinds of elements in 4 kinds of fresh Rosa rugosa Thunb, namely, Mohong rose, Dianhong rose, Pingyin rose and Damascus rose, by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and analyze their cotent characteristics. Methods Fresh Rosa rugosa Thunb samples were digested by microwave digestion instrument and detected by ICP-MS. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) and least significant difference (LSD). Results The results showed that the correlation coefficients (r) of the 31 kinds of elements were all greater than 0.999 within the determination range. The limits of detection of each element was ranged from 0.001 to 0.167 mg/kg, and the recoveries were between 81.8% and 119.8%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) less than 5%. The results showed that the content of K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Al, Mn and Zn in different varieties of Rosa rugosa Thunb were high. Be, Ag, Sb, Hg were not detected in the Rosa rugosa Thunb samples, and Li, Sn, TI, Th and U were all less than their limits of quantitative. The average content of K in different varieties of Rosa rugosa Thunb were more than 2.5, Ca and Mg were more than 0.3 g/kg, and the average content of Na and Al were more than 5.0 mg/kg. The average content of Fe, Mn and Zn all exceeded 3.0 mg/kg. The harmful elements Pb, Cd, Hg and As met the requirements of the GB 2762—2022 National food safety standards-Maximum levels of contaminants in foods, and Cu met the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China (2020 edition). Difference analysis showed that the content of K in Mohong rose, Ca in Pingyin rose and Na in Damascus rose were significantly higher than those in other varieties (P<0.05). The content of Mg and Fe in Dianhong rose, Zn in Pingyin rose and Al in Damascus rose were higher among the 4 kinds of roses. Conclusion The results show that the elements in different varieties of Rosa rugosa Thunb are similar, but the content of different elements is significantly different. This study can provide scientific basis for the use of Rosa rugosa Thunb in the fields of food and medicine.
