      随着大健康产业的兴起, 药食同源原料因具有特定的功效, 将被广泛用于药食同源食品和保健食品的研究与开发。药食同源食品和保健食品中非法添加化学成分的行为严重危害了食品药品安全, 是我国食品药品安全监管的重点。本文针对食品非法添加化学成分现行检验标准存在的问题, 全面梳理了现行食品非法添加化学成分检验标准在检测方法、仪器应用及化合物覆盖范围等方面的现状, 揭示了目前标准存在的问题, 如化合物覆盖不全面、容易假阳性、无法鉴定未知物, 提出了以超高效液相色谱-紫外-高分辨质谱联用技术为核心的高通量筛查分析方法, 并结合数据库检索的新型检测模式, 实现代表性化合物化学结构的特征筛选。并展望了标准发展的未来趋势, 为保健食品及药食同源食品的标准制定提供参考。

      With the emergence of the big health industry, raw materials derived from both medicine food homology and health food, due to their specific efficacy, will be widely used in the research and development of food and medicine-derived foods and health foods. The illegal addition of chemical components in medicine food homology and health foods has seriously endangered food and drug safety which is the keynote of supervision in Chinese food and drug industry. This article addressed the issues present in the current inspection standards for illegal addition of chemical components in foods. Through a comprehensive review the current status of these standards interms of detection methods, instrument applications, and the scope of compound coverage, revealed existing problems of the current status of testing standards such as incomplete coverage of compounds, easy to produce false positives, unable to identify unknow objects. This article proposed a solution by establishing a high-throughput screening analysis method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet high-resolution mass spectrometry as the core, combined with a new detection mode for database retrieval. And looked forward to the future trend of standard development, providing reference for the revision and formulation of standards for health food and medicinal food products.
