目的 调查4种市售冷冻深海海鲜产品中29种二噁英和二噁英类多氯联苯同系物的本底浓度,并评估相关的健康风险。方法 采用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱仪(high resolution gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry, HRGC-HRMS)测定了冷冻深海水产中的29种二噁英和二噁英类多氯联苯类物质,基于2005年世界卫生组织毒性当量因子(toxic equivalence factors, WHO2005-TEFs)计算样本中二噁英类物质的毒性当量(toxic equivalent, WHO2005-TEQs),评估从海产品中摄入二噁英类物质的健康风险。结果 4种类型深海海鲜产品中二噁英类多氯联苯(dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls, dl-PCBs)显示出相互之间的显著差异,所有样本中都检测到3,3’,4,4’-四氯联苯(PCB_77)、2,3,3’,4,4-五氯联苯(PCB_105)和2,3’,4,4’,5-五氯联苯(PCB_118),其中PCB_118的含量最高。从鱼、虾、蟹和双壳贝类中摄入二噁英物质PCDD/Fs (polychlorinated dibenzo-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzo-furan, PCDD/Fs)与dl-PCBs的平均日膳食摄入量为0.062~0.356 pg TEQ/(kg·d),相当于摄入量安全阈值的1.549%~8.911%。结论 人群通过海产品摄入二噁英和二噁英类多氯联苯的风险较低,本研究强调了食用冷冻深海海产品的潜在健康风险和持续监测的必要性。 |

Objective To investigate the concentrations of 29 kinds of dioxins and dioxin-like PCB congeners in 4 kinds of commercially available frozen deep-sea seafood products and assess the associated health risks. Methods Twenty-nine kinds of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in frozen deep-sea aquatic products were determined by high resolution gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC-HRMS). The toxic equivalence factors (WHO2005-TEFs) were used to calculate the toxic equivalence (WHO2005-TEQs) of these substances in the samples based on the WHO2005-TEFs to assess the health risk of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs from seafood. The health risk of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs from seafood was assessed. Results The results showed that dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (dl-PCBs) in the four types of deep-sea seafood products showed significant differences from each other. 3,3’,4,4’-TeteaCB (PCB_77), 2,3,3’,4,4-PentaCB (PCB_105), and 2,3’,4,4’,5-PentaCB (PCB_118) were detected in all samples. The highest concentration was found for PCB_118. The average daily dietary intake of PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs from fish, shrimps, crabs and bivalves is 0.062-0.356 pg TEQ/kg/day, which corresponds to 1.549-8.911 percent of the safety threshold for intake. Conclusion The risk of human intake of these chemicals through seafood is low. This study highlights the potential health risks of consuming frozen deep-sea seafood and the need for continuous monitoring. |
