      随着人们健康意识的增强,消费者对于药食同源农产品的需求大幅提升。药食同源农产品是兼具药食两用特点的中药资源,其中药用植物资源为主。药用植物在种植过程中易受病虫害侵袭,其防治主要以化学农药为主,农药的不合理使用对药食同源农产品的安全性带来了挑战。随着质谱技术的发展,农药残留检测方法也不断完善。高分辨质谱因其具有极高的分辨率和质量精确度,以及在农药筛查过程的自动化和智能化,目前已广泛应用于农药残留检测领域。该综述系统梳理了药食同源农产品在农药残留领域面临的问题,总结了高分辨质谱在药食同源农产品农药残留检测中的应用,并对药食同源农产品农药残留检测进行了展望,为高分辨质谱技术在药食同源农产品领域的进一步开发应用提供参考。

      With the enhancement of people's health awareness, consumers' demand for homology of medicine and food agricultural products is greatly increasing. Homology of medicine and food agricultural products is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine resources with the characteristics of both medicine and food, among which medicinal plant resources are the main ones. The medicinal plants are?susceptible to diseases and pests during planting, and the main control methods is chemical pesticides. The irrational use of pesticides challenges the safety and effectiveness of homology of medicine and food agricultural products. With the development of mass spectrometry technology, the detection methods of pesticide residues also have been continuously improved. Because of its high resolution and quality accuracy, as well as automation and intelligence in pesticide screening process, high resolution mass spectrometry has been widely used in pesticide residue detection. In this review, the problems confronted by homology of medicine and food agricultural products in pesticide residues were systematically sorted out, the application of high-resolution mass spectrometry in pesticide residue detection of homology of medicine and food agricultural products was summarized, and the detection of pesticide residues in food and medicine homologous agricultural products was prospected, which provided reference for the further development and application of high-resolution mass spectrometry technology in homology of medicine and food agricultural products.
