      抗寄生虫药是牛羊等产奶动物养殖过程中必不可少的投入品。这些药物经牛羊吸收代谢后, 容易残留在牛羊奶及其他动物组织中, 给消费者造成安全隐患。我国食品安全国家标准规定了牛羊奶中21种抗寄生虫药的最大残留限量值, 科研工作者们也建立了多种检测方法。本文对2018—2023年牛羊奶中抗寄生虫药的检测方法进行综述, 简要对比电化学传感器法、表面增强拉曼光谱法、胶体金免疫试纸条法、液相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-高分辨质谱法的优缺点, 并对抗寄生虫药检测方法的发展方向进行了讨论和展望, 为乳及乳制品中抗寄生虫药的定性筛查和定量检测提供技术参考。
英文摘要:
      Antiparasites are essential inputs in the breeding of dairy animals such as cattle and sheep. After being absorbed and metabolized by cattle and sheep, these drugs are easy to remain in milk and other animal tissues, which caused safety risks to consumers. The national food safety standard of China set the maximum residue limits of 21 kinds of antiparasites in cow and goat milk, and researchers have established a variety of detection methods. This paper reviewed the reported detection methods of antiparasites in cow and goat milk from 2018 to 2023, briefly compared the advantages and disadvantages of electrochemical sensor method, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, colloidal gold immunostrip method, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry, and discussed and prospected the development of antiparasites detection methods, which is excepted to provide technical references for qualitative screening and quantitative detection of antiparasites in milk and dairy products.
