      瓜蒌是一种传统的葫芦科栝楼属多年生攀缘草本药用植物, 其果实、种子、皮、根含有丰富的生物活性成分, 已成为近年来活性成分及其机制研究的热点之一。瓜蒌的活性成分主要包括皂苷、多糖、黄酮等, 这些物质在药理学上显示出多种药理活性, 具有改善心血管系统疾病、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老和增强免疫等多种功效。但瓜蒌作为一种重要的中草药资源, 其活性成分和功效机制研究进展缺乏系统的梳理和总结, 为了更好地发挥瓜蒌的潜在优势, 需要深入研究其活性成分、作用机制, 以及进一步的临床验证。这将有助于更好地理解和利用瓜蒌在健康维护和疾病防治中的作用。因此, 本文对瓜蒌果实、种子、皮、根的活性成分及其作用机制进行综述, 旨在为瓜蒌各药用部位的资源利用及其在保健食品和药品开发提供理论依据和参考。
英文摘要:
      Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim., a traditional perennial climbing herbaceous medicinal plant belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family and Trichosanthes genus, has gained significant attention in recent years for its rich bioactive components. Its trichosanthis fructus, trichosanthis semen, trichosanthis perieardium, and trichosanthis radix contain diverse active ingredients, primarily comprising saponins, polysaccharides, flavonoids, among others. These substances exhibit various pharmacological activities, including improvement of cardiovascular diseases, anti-tumor effects, antioxidant properties, anti-aging benefits, and immune system enhancement. Despite being an important medicinal plant resource, there is a lack of systematic review and summary of the research progress on the active components and mechanisms of gourd luffa. In order to better harness the potential advantages of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim., there is a need for in-depth investigations into its active components, mechanisms of action, and further clinical validations. This will contribute to a better understanding and utilization of gourd luffa in health maintenance and disease prevention. Therefore, this article provided a comprehensive review of the active components and mechanisms of action in the trichosanthis fructus, trichosanthis semen, trichosanthis perieardium, and trichosanthis radix of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.. The aim is to serve as a theoretical basis and reference for the resource utilization of various medicinal parts of gourd luffa and its development in health food and pharmaceuticals.
