      目的 优化青钱柳黄酮的提取工艺, 并研究其对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法 以青钱柳为原料, 采用球磨前处理联合超声波辅助提取青钱柳黄酮, 以青钱柳黄酮提取率为指标, 在单因素实验基础上, 通过响应面实验优化其提取工艺。同时采用随机法把小鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、青钱柳黄酮低、中、高剂量组。除正常对照组外, 其余5组喂养60%高脂高糖饲料构建血糖小鼠模型。采用血糖仪测定小鼠的血糖值。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为: 球磨时间93 min、超声波功率400 W、提取时间42 min, 该条件下, 青钱柳黄酮提取率为7.71%, 比普通粉碎联合超声波辅助法得到的提取率提高了66.52%。降血糖实验结果表明, 青钱柳黄酮能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖值, 具有降血糖的作用。结论 该研究获得了青钱柳黄酮的最佳提取工艺, 得到的青钱柳黄酮具有降血糖的作用。

      Objective To optimize the extraction process of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids and study its hypoglycemic effects on diabetes mice. Methods Cyclocarya paliurus was used as raw material, the ball milling pre-treatment combined with ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids. The extraction rate of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids as the indicator, the extraction process was optimized through response surface methodology based on single factor experiments. At the same time, mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group, and low, medium, and high dose groups of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids. Except for the normal control group, the other 5 groups were fed 60% high fat and high sugar feed to construct a blood glucose mouse model. The blood glucose levels of mice were measured by blood glucose meter. Results The optimum extraction conditions were: Ball milling time 93 min, ultrasonic power 400 W, extraction time 42 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids was 7.71%, which was 66.52% higher than the extraction rate obtained by ordinary grinding combined with ultrasonic assisted method. The results of hypoglycemic test showed that Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids could reduce the blood sugar value of diabetes mice and had hypoglycemic effect. Conclusion The study has obtained the optimal extraction process of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids, and the obtained flavonoids have a hypoglycemic effect.
