      农药的使用对果蔬产业的提升起到了重要作用, 但不合理的施用必然会对环境及果蔬产品造成污染, 因此必须加强检测和管控工作。相较于质谱法, 表面增强拉曼光谱检测法可以通过将痕量的农残分子吸附于基底表面达到增强拉曼散射信号的效果, 因其具有快速、无损、易操作等优点, 被视为一款新型的农药残留快速检测技术。本文针对果蔬农残检测领域, 综述了表面增强拉曼光谱在基底制备、样品前处理、农药残留定性判别和定量分析方面的国内外研究进展。总结了贵金属纳米材料的形状、尺寸、组成对拉曼信号稳定性和灵敏度的影响, 重点介绍了柔性基底材料、光谱数据模型构建的最新研究进展, 同时展望了表面增强拉曼光谱农残检测技术的发展方向和应用前景。

      Pesticides have played an important role in the promotion of the fruit and vegetable industry, but excessive use will inevitably pollute the environment and fruit and vegetable products. So it is necessary to strengthen the detection and control work. Compared with mass spectrometry, surfacing enhanced Raman spectroscopy can enhance the effect of Raman scattering signal by adsorbing trace pesticide residues molecules on the substrate surface. Because of its advantages of fast, non-destructive and easy operation, it is regarded as a new rapid detection technology for pesticide residues. This paper reviewed the research progress of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy in substrate preparation, sample pretreatment, qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of pesticide residues, summarized the effects of the shape, size and composition of noble metal nanomaterials on the stability and sensitivity of Raman signals, and introduced the latest research progress of flexible substrate materials and spectral data model construction. The development direction and application prospect of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy for agricultural residue detection were also prospected.
