目的 通过提取肉桂精油, 涂布制备抗菌包装纸箱, 研究其物理性能及对圣女果的保鲜作用。方法 采用单因素变量法, 涂布不同的精油量, 对精油涂布后的抗菌纸箱进行物理性能和对圣女果保鲜性能的研究。结果 随着精油涂布量的增加, 纸箱的空箱抗压强度、戳穿强度和耐破度呈下降趋势, 但这些性能可以保持到原纸箱的80%~85%。在涂布量为250 mL/m2和300 mL/m2时, 肉桂精油的抑菌性保鲜效果较为明显。涂布量为300 mL/m2时圣女果的失重率为12.7%, 显著低于对照组; 涂布量为250 mL/m2和300 mL/m2时可溶性固形物含量均为4.5%。结论 综合肉桂精油抗菌纸箱的物理性能和保鲜性能, 涂布量为250 mL/m2的肉桂精油抗菌纸箱可以承受堆码所需的强度, 并有效延长圣女果货架期5 d以上。 |

Objective To study the physical properties and preservation effect of cinnamon essential oil on cherry tomatoes by preparing antibacterial carton coated with cinnamon essential oil. Methods The single factor variable method was used to coat different amounts of essential oil to study the physical properties of antibacterial cartons coated with essential oil and the preservation performance of cherry tomatoes. Results With the increase of essential oil coating amount, the carton compressive strength, puncture strength and burst resistance showed a decline trend, but these properties could maintain to 80%?85% of the original carton. The antibacterial effect of cinnamon essential oil was more obvious when the coating amount was 250 mL/m2 and 300 mL/m2. The weight loss of cherry tomatoes was 12.7% at 300 mL/m2, significantly lower than the control group. The content of soluble solids was all 4.5% at 250 mL/m2 and 300 mL/m2. Conclusion Based on the physical properties and fresh-keeping properties of cinnamon essential oil antibacterial carton, the coating volume of cinnamon essential oil antibacterial carton is 250 mL/m2, which can withstand the strength required for stacking, and effectively extend the shelf life of cherry tomatoes for more than 5 d. |
