随着科技的进步, 传统储粮技术逐步升级为绿色储粮技术, 为全面把握绿色储粮技术研究的发展脉络, 本文运用CiteSpace软件, 通过定性与定量相结合的研究方法, 分析Web of Science及中国知网数据库的文献数据, 并以此绘制可视化知识图谱。通过对图谱分析得出: 国内期刊的主要研究热点为储粮害虫、机械通风和储粮品质, 研究重点为控制粮食品质的变化, 同时也注重研究害虫检测和综合防治技术; 国际期刊同样重视对虫害霉菌防治技术的研究, 同时考虑提高储存效率和降低经济成本, 将大数据技术融入到绿色储粮技术中。最后, 对气调储粮、低温储粮和综合防治害虫3种绿色储粮主要技术进行总结与归纳, 为该领域未来研究方向的选择提供参考。 |

With the progress of science and technology, the traditional grain storage technology is gradually upgraded to green storage technology and to fully grasp the green grain storage technology research and development, this paper used CiteSpace software, by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, analyzed the literature data of Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure database and drew a visual knowledge map. Through the analysis for the atlas, this article concluded that stored grain pests, mechanical ventilation and stored grain quality were the main research hotspots of domestic journals, and its research focus was to control the change of grain quality. The research also focused on pest detection and integrated pest control technology; international journals also focused on the research of pest and mold control technology, while considering the improvement of storage efficiency and reduced economic cost, and the integration of big data technology into the green grain storage technology. Finally, summarizing and concluding the 3 kinds of main technologies of green grain storage: Controlled atmosphere, low temperature, integrated pest control, it provides reference for future research in this field. |
