      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方乳粉中维生素C含量的分析方法。方法 以L-半胱氨酸作为还原剂, 用含有三氯乙酸(trichloroacetic acid, TCA)的水溶液对样品中的维生素C进行提取, Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱分离, 以含有四丁基氢氧化胺作为离子对试剂和pH=5.4的醋酸钠的混合水溶液为流动相, 然后在紫外检测器265 nm处进行检测。结果 在维生素C浓度为0.1~10.0 μg/mL时, 该方法的相关系数(r)大于0.999, 线性关系良好, 定量限(limit of quantitation, LOQ)为1.25 mg/100 g, 平均回收率在91.4%~115.0%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSDs)为1.22%~4.57% (n=6)。结论 该方法准确度高, 适用于特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方乳粉中维生素C的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin C in infant formula milk powder for special medical purpose by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Vitamin C was extracted from samples by trichloroacetic acid (TCA) with L-cysteine as a reducing agent, was separated by Eclipse XDB-C18 column with sodium acetate (pH=5.4) and tetrabutylammonium hydroxide as an ion-pairing agent as the eluent and then determined by ultraviolet detector at 265 nm. Results When the concentration of vitamin C was 0.1?10.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient (r) of this method was greater than 0.999, and the linear relationship was good, the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 1.25 mg/100 g, the average recoveries were ranging from 91.4% to 115.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.22%?4.57% (n=6). Conclusion This method has high accuracy and is suitable for the determination of vitamin C in infant formula milk powder for special medical purpose.
