      目的 明确荸荠中施用矮壮素的作用, 分析矮壮素在荸荠中的残留行为, 评估其膳食暴露风险。 方法 开展残留模拟试验, 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法, 分析矮壮素在荸荠与环境中的残留行为, 监测矮壮素对荸荠产量和口感的影响; 对矮壮素残留带来的长期慢性膳食摄入风险进行评估。结果 目标物在一定质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2≥0.9994), 在0.01、0.10和1.00 mg/kg添加水平下, 平均回收率为70%~96%, 相对标准偏差为0.5%~5.2%。我国一般人群中矮壮素国家估算每日摄入量(national estimated daily intake, NEDI)为7.1491 μg/(kg·bw), 占日允许摄入量的14.3%, 荸荠样品中矮壮素残留对成年人的慢性风险处于低风险水平。结论 试验中矮壮素不但能增加荸荠产量, 且没有引起口感明显变化, 荸荠上使用矮壮素膳食摄入慢性风险在可接受范围内。

      Objective To clarify the effect of applying chlormequat in Eleocharis dulcis removal, analyze the residual behavior of chlormequat in Eleocharis dulcis, and evaluate its dietary exposure risk. Methods A residue simulation test was conducted and an ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was established to analyze the residual behavior of chlormequat in Eleocharis dulcis and the environment and monitor the effect of chlormequat on the yield and taste of Eleocharis dulcis; evaluate the risk of long-term chronic dietary intake associated with chlormequat chloride residues. Results The linear relationship of the target compound was good within a certain mass concentration range (r2≥0.9994), the average recoveries were 70%?96% and the relative standard deviations were 0.5%?5.2% at the 0.01, 0.10 and 1.00 mg/kg levels. The national estimated daily intake (NEDI) of chlormequat in the general population of China was 7.1491 μg/(kg·bw), accounting for 14.3% of the allowable daily intake, the chronic risk of chlormequat residue to adults was low. Conclusion Medium chlormequat can not only increase the yield of Eleocharis dulcis, but also not cause obvious changes in taste, the chronic risk of dietary intake of chlormequat on Eleocharis dulcis is within the acceptable range.
