目的 研究控制图核查分析系统在电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品中铅含量的应用。方法 以电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定食品中铅含量为例, 加入选定的质控样, 收集9个月的测试数据, 分别绘制均值(X)控制图、单值(I)控制图、极差(R)控制图及移动极差(MR)控制图。结果 铅的检测数据均在X、I、R和MR控制图的上、下控制限之间, 说明实验室在该期间使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品中铅的测定结果准确、可靠。结论 应用控制图核查分析系统评价电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品中铅含量的范本可复制推广, 为衡量实验室测定其他元素的检测能力提供了参考依据。 |

Objective To study the application of control graphic-audit analytical system on the determination of lead in food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods Taking the determination of lead in food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) as an example, the selected quality control samples were added, the test data for 9 months were collected, and the mean (X) control chart, single value (I) control chart, range (R) control chart and moving range (MR) control chart were drawn respectively. Results The detection data of lead were between the upper and lower control limits of X, I, R and MR control charts, which indicated that the determination results of lead in food by ICP-MS during this period were accurate and reliable. Conclusion The model of using control graphic-audit analytical systerm to evaluate the determination of lead in food by ICP-MS can be copied and popularized, which provides a reference basis for measuring the detection ability of other elements in the laboratory. |
