      目的 考察4个牧场的生鲜牛乳的重金属污染情况, 评估鲜牛乳原料的安全性。方法 采用国家标准检测方法对4个牧区的生牛乳中重金属铬、铅、汞以及金属砷进行检测, 其中使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅和铬的含量, 使用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定总砷含量, 使用原子荧光光谱分析法测定总汞的含量。结果 铬含量最高的为DR牧场(0.052 mg/kg), 铅含量最高的为YY牧场(6.60 μg/kg), 总汞含量最高的为YY牧场(0.83 μg/kg), 总砷含量范围为5.10~7.20 μg/kg。结论 实验测得的4种元素含量均远低于安全标准限量值, 4个牧场的鲜牛乳未受到重金属污染。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the heavy metal pollution of fresh milk in four pastures,and evaluate the safety of raw materials of fresh milk. Methods Chromium, lead, mercury and arsenic in raw milk from four pastoral areas were detected by national standard detection methods.Among them, the content of lead and chromium was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of total arsenic was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the content of total mercury was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The highest chromium content was 0.052 mg/kg in DR pasture, the highest lead content was 6.60 μg/kg in YY pasture, the highest total mercury content was 0.83 μg/kg in YY pasture, and the total arsenic content ranged from 5.10 μg/kg to 7.20 μg/kg. Conclusion The contents of the four elements measured in the experiment are far below the limit values of safety standards, and the fresh milk in four pastures is not polluted by heavy metals.
