      目的 建立一种快捷、准确的食品接触材料及制品电饭煲内胆中氟迁移量的检测方法。方法 样品经4%(体积分数)乙酸、95%(体积分数)乙醇这2种模拟液进行迁移实验后, 建立离子选择电极法测定电饭煲内胆中氟迁移量的含量。结果 目标物氟迁移量在2种模拟液0.005~0.1 μg/mL范围内线性良好, r2≥0.999; 3个添加水平(0.05、0.15、0.5 mg/kg)进行加标回收实验, 回收率在80.0%~94.0%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)在1.02%~3.07%之间。结论 该方法具有简单、快捷、灵敏度高、选择性好并且准确等优点, 适用于食品接触材料及制品电饭煲内胆中氟迁移量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a rapid and accurate detection method for the fluorine migration amount in the inner container of the food contact material and the product electric cooker. Methods After the migration experiments of samples in two simulation solutions of 4% (volume fraction) acetic acid and 95% (volume fraction) ethanol, an ion-selective electrode method was established to determine the content of fluorine migration in the inner tank of rice cooker. Results The linearity of the target fluorine migration was good in the range of 0.005–0.1 μg/mL with r2≥0.999, in the two simulation solutions. The recoveries at the three spiked levels of 0.05, 0.15, and 0.5 mg/kg were in the range of 80.0%–94.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.02%–3.07%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, high sensitivity, good selectivity, and accuracy, and is suitable for measuring the fluorine migration amount in the inner tank of rice cooker of food contact materials and products.
