      目的 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)法同时测定铁皮石斛茎和花中8种矿质元素Na(钠)、Mg(镁)、K (钾)、Ca (钙)、Fe(铁)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)含量的方法。方法 样品经HNO3-H2O2微波消解前处理后, 由ICP-MS检测方法测定铁皮石斛茎和花中8种元素含量, 外标法定量。结果 8种元素标准曲线线性范围内相关系数为0.9994~0.9999。方法检出限为11.3~298.7 μg/kg, 平均加标回收率为86.2%~104.8%, 相对标准偏差为0.8%~7.6%。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高, 可用于铁皮石斛中多元素的同时测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 mineral elements (Na, Mg, K, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu) in Dendrobium officinale samples by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were pre-treated with HNO3-H2O2 microwave digestion, then the contents of 8 elements in stem and flower of Dendrobium officinale were determined by ICP-MS method and quantified by external standard method. Results The correlation coefficients in the linear range of the standard curve of 8 elements were 0.9994?0.9999. The limits of detection were 11.3?298.7 μg/kg, and the average recoveries were 86.2%?104.8%, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.8%?7.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for simultaneous determination of 8 metal elements in Dendrobium officinale.
