      双壳贝类是中国重要的经济水产品种, 因其营底栖和滤食的生活习性, 常被作为海洋生态系统的指示物种。持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants, POPs)具有持久性、易蓄积、难降解等特点, 对生物造成消极的影响。生物标志物因对污染物响应灵敏, 在生物受到严重损害之前即可显示出明显变化, 在环境监测领域应用广泛。本文关注了近几年该领域的研究进展, 介绍了贝类中的POPs生物标志物、主要类型及其相关技术, 并对其存在的问题及发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
英文摘要:
      Bivalves is an important economic aquatic species in China. Because of its benthic and filter feeding habits, Bivalves are often regarded as an indicator species of marine ecosystem. Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) have the characteristics of persistent, easy to accumulate and difficult to degrade, and have a negative impact on organisms. Biomarkers are widely used in environmental monitoring because they are sensitive to pollutants and can show significant changes before organisms are seriously damaged. This paper focused on the research progress in this field in recent years, introduced the main types and related technologies of POPs biomarkers in shellfish, and analyzed the existing problems and trends of POPs biomarkers.
