      由于逐年增加的病发率和死亡率, 癌症一直是国内外的研究热点, 而癌症发生的绝大部分原因是环境因素, 因此可以预防。当前医疗健康领域越来越关注膳食营养对于预防多种癌症的相关研究, 尤其怎样通过良好的机体营养供给与科学的膳食规律来预防癌症更是近些年的研究热点。本文介绍了膳食与癌症预防关系的一般研究方法, 并综述了关于地中海饮食、低碳水化合物饮食和生酮饮食与癌症预防关系的研究进展, 以期为改善大众饮食健康, 降低癌症发病率提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Due to the increasing incidence and death rate, cancer has always been a research hotspot at home and abroad, and most of the causes of cancer are environmental factors, so it can be prevented. At present, the medical and health field is paying more and more attention to the related research of dietary nutrition for the prevention of kinds of cancer, especially how to prevent cancer through good nutrition supply and scientific dietary rules are the research hotspots in recent years. This paper introduced the general research methods of the relationship between diet and cancer prevention, and reviewed the research progress on the relationship between the Mediterranean diet, low-carbohydrate diet and ketogenic diet and cancer prevention, so as to provide a reference for improving the health of the public’s diet and reducing the incidence of cancer.
