      目的 建立高效液相色谱法检测特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中烟酰胺含量的分析方法。方法 样品加水溶解后经0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液和0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液除杂后, 定容至100 mL。经过Kinetex XB-C18柱, 流动相为癸烷磺酸钠溶液:乙腈:磷酸=850:150:1(V:V:V), 经等度洗脱30 min, 波长为261 nm处检测。结果 与GB 5009.89-2016第二法相比, 本方法目标峰与杂峰的分离度由0.73变为4.01, 在0.001~0.020 mg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系, r2=1.0000, 平均回收率为104.50%, 相对标准偏差为4.0%。结论 该方法操作简便, 精密度和回收率高, 重复性好, 能实现目标峰与杂质峰完全分离, 结果符合要求。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of nicotinamide in nutritive formula food for special medical purposes by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods After the sample was dissolved in water, using 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution and 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to remove impurities, and the volume was fixed to 100 mL. After using Kinetex XB-C18 column, the mobile phase of sodium decane sulfonate solution: acetonitrile: phosphoric acid =850:150:1 (V:V:V) was eluted isometric for 30 min at a wavelength of 261 nm. Results Compared with the second method of GB 5009.89-2016, the separation degree of target peak and hybrid peak of this method changed from 0.73 to 4.01, showing a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.001?0.020 mg/mL, r2=1.0000, the average recovery was 104.50%, and the relative standard deviation was 4.0%. Conclusion This method is simple, has high precision and recovery, good repeatability, and can achieve the target peak and impurity peak separation. The results meet the requirements.
