      在国家乡村振兴战略的背景下, 农产品电商交易得到了巨大的发展, 农产品质量安全一直是乡村振兴战略中的重要内容之一。但是由于我国农产品电商交易起步晚、具有虚拟性等特征, 导致在质量监管方面还有许多不足, 主要表现为电商农产品质量安全法律法规、监管体系和基层监管水平存在缺陷。完善电商农产品质量安全的监管, 需要建立健全电商农产品质量安全相关法律体系、加强平台管理、提高市场准入门槛、完善电商农产品经营者信用评价机制、提高基层监管水平、加强平台经营者和消费者的法律教育宣传。本文分析探讨了我国电商农产品质量安全发展现状、监管的必要性及存在的问题, 提出完善电商农产品质量安全监管的对策建议, 以保障电商农产品的质量安全。

      Under the background of the country's implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, e-commerce transactions of agricultural products have been greatly developed, and the quality and safety of agricultural products has always been a very important content of the rural revitalization strategy. However, due to the late start of our country's agricultural product e-commerce transactions and its fictitious nature, there are still many deficiencies in quality supervision, which are mainly manifested in the defects of e-commerce agricultural product quality and safety laws and regulations, supervision systems and grassroots supervision levels. To improve the supervision of the quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products, it is necessary to establish a sound legal system related to the quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products, strengthen platform management, increase market access thresholds, improve the credit evaluation mechanism of e-commerce agricultural product operators, improve the level of grassroots supervision, and strengthen platform operators and consumer legal education. This paper analyzed and discussed the current situation of quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products, the necessity of supervision and existing problems, and proposed suggestions to improve the quality and safety supervision of e-commerce agricultural products, so as to ensure the quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products.
