      目的 建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定火锅调料中的吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、蒂巴因、那可丁5种生物碱含量的方法。方法 样品通过QuEChERS法处理后, 样品液采用C18色谱分离柱, 以10 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸)-乙腈(含0.1%甲酸)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式检测。结果 吗啡、可待因的线性范围为5.0~250.0 ng/mL, 相关系数为0.9990~0.9994, 最低检出限为2.0 ng/mL, 罂粟碱、那可丁、蒂巴因的线性范围为1.0~50.0 ng/mL, 相关系数为0.9998~0.9999, 最低检出限为0.1 ng/mL。平均回收率为84.5%~100.5%, 相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.1%。结论 该方法快速、简单、灵敏、准确, 适用于火锅调料中罂粟壳的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of morphine, codeine, papaverine, thebaine, narcotine in hotpot seasoning by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The sample was processed by the QuEChERS method, then separated by C18 chromatographic column using 10 mmol/L ammonium formate solution (containing 0.1% formic acid)-acetonitrile (containing 0.1% formic acid) as the mobile phase for gradient elution, and detected by electrospray positive ion under multiple reaction monitoring mode detection. Results The linear ranges of morphine and codeine were 5.0?250.0 ng/mL, the correlation coefficients were 0.9990?0.9994, the minimum detection limit was 2.0 ng/mL, the linear ranges of papaverine, nacodine and theibain were 1.0?50.0 ng/mL, the correlation coefficients were 0.9998–0.9999, and the minimum detection limit was 0.1 ng/mL. The average recovery rates were 84.5%?100.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.8%–3.1%. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate, and suitable for the detection of poppy shell in hotpot seasoning.
