      食品安全是保障国泰民安的基础, 然而食品问题的屡见不鲜, 严重影响人民的身心健康。现阶段缺乏快捷、有效的食品检测和预警平台, 需要加强对食品流通的每一个环节的监管, 食品的生产、加工、流通等环节, 都应该增加检测环节, 力求保证每一个环节的安全。本研究基于此背景, 搭建了一种基于物联网技术的真菌毒素监测预警平台, 以大数据分析为应用导向, 电子标签识别技术为依托, 建立追溯机制, 搭载4G和WiFi模块, 以期实现数据的实时上传更新, 能够为食品安全行业提供精准、快捷的食品检测方法和及时的预警服务。
英文摘要:
      Food safety is the basis for safeguarding the national security of the country. However, food problems are not uncommon, seriously affecting people's physical and mental health. At present, there is a lack of a fast and effective food testing and early warning platform. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of every link of food circulation. The production, processing and circulation of food should increase the testing process and strive to ensure the safety of every link. Based on this background, this study established a mycotoxin monitoring and early warning platform based on Internet of Things (IoT), which was application oriented by big data analysis, based on RFID radio frequency identification technology, established traceability mechanism, and equipped with 4G and WiFi modules, so as to realize real-time upload and update of data. It can provide accurate and fast food testing methods and timely warning services for the food safety industry.
