      目的 建立一种近红外荧光免疫法快速检测单增李斯特氏菌的方法。方法 采用近红外荧光染料Dylight800标记单增李斯特菌单克隆抗体, 结合免疫侧向流技术制备单增李斯特菌快速检测试纸条。结果 整个实验过程仅需45 min, 对食品中单增李斯特氏菌最低检测限为500 CFU/mL, 与其他5种食源性致病菌均无交叉反应。特异性为89.47%, 敏感性为100%。采用近红外荧光免疫层析法和传统方法对30份食品进行检测, 结果发现2种方法符合性达93.3%。结论 所研制的单增李斯特菌的近红外快检试纸条具有特异性、敏感性较高的特点, 适用于食品样本中单增李斯特菌的即时检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the rapid determination of Listeria monocytogenes by near-infrared fluorescent immunoassay. Methods The Listeria monocytogenes monoclonal antibody was labelled by near-infrared fluorescent dye Dylight 800, and prepared test strips for rapid detection of Listeria monocytogenes in combination with immune lateral flow technology. Results Near-infrared fluorescence was completed in 45 minutes. The limit of detection was 500 CFU/mL, and there was no cross-reaction with the other five food-borne pathogens. The specificity was 89.47% and the sensitivity was 100%. The 30 samples of food were detected by near fluorescence immunochromatography and traditional methods, and the results showed that the two methods were 93.3% consistent. Conclusion The developed near infrared rapid test strip for Listeria monocytogenes has the characteristics of high specificity and sensitivity, and is suitable for the immediate detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food samples.
