      目的 建立QuEChERS(quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safe)结合气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法(gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)同时测定大白菜中80种农药多残留的分析方法。方法 样品加入乙腈后使用漩涡混合提取, 应用QuEChERS方法进行净化处理。采用多反应离子监测模式对80种农药的定量离子对和定性离子对进行监测。结果 在42 min内完成80种目标化合物的分离分析。80种农药在5~200 μg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数(r)均大于0.998, 定量限为1.00~8.53 μg/kg。80种农药在20、50和100 μg/kg添加水平的回收率为80.1%~113.0%, 相对标准偏差为0.1%~7.9% (n=6)。结论 该方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏高, 适合用于大白菜中多农药残留的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 80 pesticide residues in cabbage by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Methods After adding acetonitrile, the sample was extracted by vortex mixing and purified by QuEChERS method. The multi-reactive ion monitoring mode was used to monitor the quantitative and qualitative ion pairs of 80 pesticides. Results This method completed the separation analysis of 80 target compounds in 42 min. The linear relationship of 80 pesticides was good in the range of 5–200 μg/L, correlation coefficients were greater than 0.998, and the limits of quantification of the method were 1.00–8.53 μg/kg. The recoveries of 80 pesticides at 20, 50 and 100 μg/kg levels ranged from 80.1% to 113.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.1%–7.9% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, fast, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for detecting 80 pesticide residues in cabbage.
