As a special bio-source chemical substance, biotoxins have hidden health risks for agricultural products, humans, animals and the environment that cannot be ignored. But because of the diversity of its structure and function, it is of great significance to biochemistry, medicine, environmental ecology and so on. This paper reviewed the source classification, harm, detoxification technology and the usage of biological toxin, in order to provide theoretical reference for further regulation and utilization of biotoxins. |
