      目的 建立一种用火焰原子荧光光谱法快速测定饲料中镉的检测方法。方法 样品用1%(V/V)硝酸浸泡, 离心沉降后, 上清液采用火焰原子荧光光谱仪进行检测。结果 在1.0~10.0 ng/mL的浓度范围内, 方法的线性方程为Y= 455.6X+45.63, 相关系数为0.999。本方法检出限为0.072 ng/g, 定量限为0.126 ng/g, 加标回收率为98.6%~106.9%, 相对标准偏差小于3%(n=3); 所测饲料样品均在定值范围内, 样品前处理时间缩短到10 min以内, 测试时间4 s以内。结论 该方法检测成本低, 对人员和实验室条件要求低, 快速、准确, 灵敏度高, 适用于饲料中镉元素的检测。

      Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of cadmium in feed by flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods After the samples were immersed in 1% (V/V) nitric acid, centrifuged and settled, the supernatant was detected by flame atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Results In the range of 1.0-10.0 ng/mL, the linear equation of the method was Y=455.6X+45.63, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The limit of detection of the method was 0.072 ng/g, and the limit of quantitation was 0.126 ng/g. The recovery rate was 98.6%-106.9% and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%(n=3). All the feed samples were within the fixed range, the pretreatment time was shortened to within 10 min and the test time was within 4 s. Conclusion This method has the advantages of low cost, low requirement for personnel and laboratory, high sensitivity, high speed and accuracy, which is suitable for the detection of cadmium in feed.
