砷是广泛存在于自然界的一种类金属元素, 其毒性与有益性共存, 不仅与总量有关, 而且与价态和形态密切相关。研究显示, 无机砷毒性大于有机砷, 而部分有机砷作为饲料添加剂能够起到促进生长、改善肉质以及抗菌等作用。砷毒害和砷污染已经成为人们日益关注的世界性问题, 为控制砷制剂使用, 有必要对砷的检测技术进行梳理总结。本文根据检测方法原理的不同, 对饲料中的砷总量及其形态分析方法进行了分类比较和分析探讨。 |

Arsenic is a kind of metalloid that extensively found in the natural environment. The toxicity and merit of arsenic not only relates to its total concentration, but also its chemical form. It is suggested that inorganic arsenic is more toxic than organic arsenic, despite that some organic arsenic can be used as feed supplements that promote growth, improve meat quality, and exhibit anti–bacterial property. To get a thorough understanding of the function and potential detrimental aspects of arsenic in animal husbandry, it is essential to summarize the advances in the analytic techniques of arsenic. This review compared and discussed the analytical techniques of total concentration of arsenic in feed as well as its chemical form based on the difference in the principles. |
