      目的 研制盐酸溶液条件下的17种氨基酸混合溶液标准物质。方法 选用17种氨基酸纯度标准物质, 采用氨基酸分析仪对各种标准物质的主成分及杂质进行了准确分析, 评估了组分相互干扰情况, 在此基础上采用重量-容量法配制了盐酸溶液中17种氨基酸混合溶液标准物质, 以配制值作为标准物质的量值, 并对标准物质进行了均匀性、稳定性检验和不确定度评估。结果 结果表明, 制备的混合溶液标准物质均匀性、稳定性良好, 不确定度评估合理, 满足国家标准物质技术要求, 研制的2个不同浓度的混合溶液标准物质均已通过标准物质评审并获批。结论 该类标准物质的研制对于保证农产品及其投入品中氨基酸成分检测以及实验室质量控制等具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop the standard substance of 17 amino acids mixed solution under the condition of hydrochloric acid solution. Methods The main components and residues in 17 amino acid standard material was evaluated with amino acid analyzer. The interactive interruption among components was evaluated, based on which a mixture of 17 amino acid standard material in hydrochloride was made according to weight-volume method. Based on the measured value of standard material, the evenness, stability, and uncertainty of standard material was evaluated. Results The results showed that the mixture solution of standard material had good uniformity, stability, and reasonable uncertainty, which complied the requirement by the national standard material. Both mixture of standard material were approved by the evaluation committee. Conclusion The development of standard material is of significant importance to ensure the accuracy of amino acid measurement in agro-products and agricultural inputs, and the quality control in laboratory.
