目的 建立分子荧光光度法测定地表水、地下水、出厂水和管网水中痕量β-萘酚的分析方法。方法 根据β-萘酚在激发波长328 nm和发射波长364 nm下的荧光特性, 水脱氯处理后, 直接进行荧光检测, 利用分子荧光光谱进行外标法定量, 并进行了方法学考察和验证。结果 方法线性相关系数r2=1, 方法检出限为0.0007 mg/L, 测定下限为0.003 mg/L; 超纯水、地表水、地下水、出厂水和管网水在0.01 mg/L、0.25 mg/L和0.45 mg/L低、中、高3个添加水平的加标回收率为87.0%~99.1%, 相对标准偏差为1.61~5.58%。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、专属性好, 在一定的无机离子、相似有机物、表面活性剂浓度范围内, 适用于检测地表水、地下水、出厂水和管网水中痕量β-萘酚。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace naphthol in surface water, groundwater, factory water and pipe water by molecular fluorometric. Methods According to the fluorescence characteristics of β-naphthol at excitation wavelength 328 nm and emission wavelength 364 nm, after dechlorination treatment, the fluorescence of water was detected directly, and the β-naphthol in water was quantified by external standard method using molecular fluorescence spectroscopy, and The methodology was investigated and verified. Results The linear correlation coefficient was 1, the limit of detection was 0.0007 mg/L, and the detection lower limit was 0.003 mg/L. The recovery of ultra-pure water, surface water, groundwater, factory water and pipe network water at low, medium and high additive levels of 0.01, 0.25 and 0.45 mg/L was 87.0%?99.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.61?5.58%. Conclusion The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and specific, which is suitable for the detection of trace β-naphthol in surface water, groundwater, factory water and pipe network water under a certain concentration range of inorganic ions, similar organic compounds and surfactants. |
