枳椇为鼠李科枳椇属植物, 且为药食同源两用品。枳椇含有黄酮类、生物碱类、皂苷类以及有机酸、脂肪酸等化学成分。现代药理实验表明枳椇具有解酒、保肝, 抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节等多种药理活性, 本文就枳椇的化学成分、生物活性、质量控制、产品开发及安全性的研究进行了概述, 并分析了目前枳椇研究中存在的问题, 旨在为枳椇药用研究和资源综合利用提供理论依据。 |

Hoveniadulcis Lindl. is a member of Rhamnaceae family, an edible traditional Chinese medicine. Hoveniadulcis Lindl. contains flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, organic acids, fatty acids and other chemical components. Pharmacological experiments show that Hoveniadulcis Lindl. has many pharmacological activities, such as anti alcohol, liver protection, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, immune regulation, etc. In this paper, the chemical composition, biological activity, quality control, product development and safety research of Hoveniadulcis Lindl. were summarized, and the existing problems in the research of Hoveniadulcis Lindl. were analyzed, in order to provide theoretical basis for the medicinal research and comprehensive utilization of resources. |
