      目的 建立高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测仙草中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的分析方法。 方法 用乙腈萃取样品中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐, 固相萃取净化, 用岛津C18(2.1 mm×150 mm, 2.1 μm)色谱柱分离, 以0.5%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相等度洗脱, 采用多反应监测正离子模式检测, 外标法定量。 结果 在0.1~5.0 μg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数0.9996; 在0.3、0.8、3.0 μg/L加标水平的回收率为73.2%~86.2%, 相对标准偏差3.76%~6.94%, 检出限为0.013 μg/kg, 定量限为0.05 μg/kg。结论 该方法快速简单、灵敏、稳定, 可满足仙草中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的检测和确证。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of aminoabamectin benzoate in Mesona chinensis benth by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Abaminoabamectin benzoate was extracted from the sample with acetonitrile, purified by solid phase extraction, separated by Shimazine C18 (2.1 mm×150 mm, 2.1 μm) chromatographic column, eluted with 0.5% formic acid solution and acetonitrile as flow equal-degree, detected by multi-reaction monitoring and positive ion mode, and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range was 0.1?5.0 μg/L and the correlation coefficients was 0.9996. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations ranged from 73.2%?86.2 % and 3.76%?6.94% respectively at the spiked levels of 0.3, 0.8 and 3.0 μg/L. The limit of detection was 0.013 μg/kg, The limit of quantitation was 0.05 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is fast and simple, accurate and suitable for the determination and contirmation of emamectin benzoate in Mesona chinensis benth.
