      目的 建立QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)测定蜂蜜中氟胺氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。方法 样品采用乙腈提取, 经QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safety)净化, 用气相色谱-串联质谱法在全扫描(SCAN)和选择反应监测(selective reaction monitoring, SRM) 2种扫描方式下对蜂蜜中的氟胺氰菊酯进行检测。结果 在氟胺氰菊酯浓度为0.02~1.0 μg/mL浓度范围内, 线性关系良好, 相关系数r2=0.9993, 检出限为2 μg/kg, 加标回收率在92.00%~93.40%, 相对标准偏差为4.79%~7.83%。结论 该方法简便、准确, 且毒性有机溶剂使用较少, 对环境友好, 可用于检测蜂蜜中氟胺氰菊酯的残留量。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of tau-fluvalinate in honey by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and purified by QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safety). Tau-fluvalinate in honey was analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry under full scan (SCAN) and selective reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. Results Tau-fluvalinate had good linear relationships in the range of 0.02?1.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9993. The limit of detection was 2 μg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was 92%?93.4%, and the standard deviation was 4.79%?7.83%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and organic solvents are less used and environmentally friendly. It can be used to detect the residues of tau-fluvalinate in honey.
