目的 通过2016~2018年欧盟RASFF对中国输欧食品的通报信息, 科学深入分析我国食品安全形势。方法 汇总2016~2018年欧盟RASFF对华食品通报情况, 着重研究2018年通报食品的产品类别和危害类型之间的相关性, 进行归类统计分析。结果 2018年, RASFF对华食品通报209例, 其中霉菌毒素、农药残留、控制不佳/不足是比例最大的三类危害。花生中的黄曲霉毒素B1检出39例, 占霉菌毒素46例的84.78%; 农药残留被通报了30例, 有15例与茶叶有关、10例与枸杞有关; 此外, 沙门氏菌、转基因成分、环境污染物等边境拒绝现象也出现在通报中。结论 RASFF对华食品通报部分反映了我国食品安全现状, 该研究论述为食品安全监管部门建立和完善食品质量安全信息平台, 加强食品安全危害因素分析, 全面提升食品行业的产品质量, 提供了重要依据和发展标杆。 |

Objective To make a scientific and in-depth analysis of China's food safety situation by searching the notification information of EU RASFF on China in the past 3 years from 2016 to 2018. Methods The results of RASFF notifications on Chinese food from 2016 to 2018 were summarized, and statistical analysis was carried out from focusing on the correlation between the product categories and hazard categories of notified foods in 2018. Results In 2018, RASFF notified 209 foods from China, and mycotoxins, pesticide residues, poor or insufficient controls were the 3 most important types of hazards. Aflatoxin B1 was detected in peanuts in 39 cases, accounting for 84.78% of 46 cases of mycotoxins. Pesticide residues were reported in 30 cases, 15 cases were related to tea, and 10 cases were related to cockroaches. In addition, the following phenomenon appears in the border rejection list: Salmonella, unauthorized genetically modified, environmental pollutants and so on, also appeared in the notification. Conclusion RASFF’s food notification to China partially reflects the current situation of food safety in China. This is important for strengthening the analysis of food safety hazards and improving the product quality of the food industry. |
