      目的 对QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定香菇中联苯菊酯残留量的方法进行不确定度评估。方法 依据GB 23200.113-2018方法, 对检测过程中可能引入的不确定度进行分析和评定, 并建立不确定度评定数学模型。结果 当香菇中联苯菊酯含量为0.15 mg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为0.0108 mg/kg (k=2)。 结论 实验过程中的不确定度主要来源于分析仪器、样品前处理和标准工作液配制过程。本研究可为评价QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法的不确定度评估提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of bifenthrin in mushroom by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GS-MS/MS). Methods According to the GB 23200.113-2018 method, the uncertainty that may be introduced in the detection process was analyzed and evaluated, and the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established. Results The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.0108 mg/kg (k=2), when bifenthrin content in mushroom was 0.15 mg/kg. Conclusion The uncertainties in the process of determination mainly come from analytical instrument, sample pretreatment and standard working fluid preparation process. This study can provide references for evaluating the uncertainty evaluation of QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS.
