      目的 建立一种利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法快速测定罗布麻茶香气成分的方法。方法 采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术, 对新疆罗布麻茶在100 ℃沸水浸泡后对其香气成分进行测定分析, 并采用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果 共鉴定出52种化学成分, 主要有醛类(48.88%)、酮类(30.88%)、烯烃类(6.27%)、酯类(4.42%)、醇类(3.86%)、呋喃类(2.84%)、烷烃类(2.49%)、杂环类(0.36%)等。结论 顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术具有样品用量少、前处理过程简单等优点, 适用于测定罗布麻茶香气成分。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of volatile aroma components in Apocynum venetum tea by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS). Methods The volatile aroma components of Xinjiang Apocynum venetum tea were analyzed after soaking in boiling water at 100 ℃ by means of headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Results A total of 52 chemical components were identified, including aldehydes (48.88%), ketones (30.88%), olefins (6.27%), esters (4.42%), alcohols (3.86%), furans (2.84%), alkanes (2.49%), heterocyclic (0.36%) and so on. Conclusion Headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry have the advantages of less sample consumption and simple pretreatment process, which is suitable for the determination of volatile aroma components in Apocynum venetum tea.
