      目的 评定高效液相色谱法测定橙汁中果糖含量的不确定度。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定橙汁饮料中果糖的含量, 建立数学模型, 对检测过程中可能引入不确定度的因素包括样品的处理、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合及样品的重复测定进行分析及评定, 最终合成橙汁中果糖含量测定结果的不确定度。结果 橙汁中果糖含量测定结果是33.5 g/kg时, 在95%的置信区间下, 扩展不确定度为1.88 g/kg (k=2)。结论 不确定度的主要来源是标准溶液配制和标准曲线拟合。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of fructose content in orange juice by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The content of fructose in orange juice was measured by HPLC, a mathematical model was established to analyze and evaluate the possible uncertainties of sample treatment, standard solution preparation, standard curve fitting and measurement repeatability, and the uncertainty of determination of fructose in orange juice was finally synthesized. Results When the fructose content was 33.5 g/kg, the extended uncertainty was 1.88 g/kg (k=2) under the 95% confidence interval. Conclusion The major factors of uncertainty are the standard solution preparation and the standard curve fitting.
