      目的 优化山银花中绿原酸类化合物的提取工艺。方法 取一定量粉碎过筛后的山银花, 通过单因素实验比较提取溶剂、提取料液比及提取次数对提取物的影响, 以绿原酸类化合物的含量及干膏得率为评定指标, 探讨适宜的提取工艺。结果 以水为提取溶剂, 按料液比1:20(m:V)煎煮2次, 每次1 h, 煎液过滤, 合并滤液, 减压浓缩至相对密度为1.13~1.18(60 ℃), 干燥后的山银花提取物, 绿原酸类化合物的含量(95.04%)及干膏得率(42.17%)均较高。结论 该提取方法简便可行, 可作为山银花的粗取工艺。

      Objective To optimize the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid compounds from Lonicerae flos. Methods A certain amount of crushed and sifted Lonicerae flos were weighed accurately, the effect of extraction solvent, liquid to solid ratio and extraction time on Lonicerae flos extract were compared by single factor experiment, and then the suitable extraction technology was discussed based on the content of organic acids and dry cream yield. Results Using water as the solvent, cooked twice according to the ratio of material to liquid 1:20, each time for 1 h, filtered the decoction, combined the filtration, and concentrated under reduced pressure to a relative density of 1.13-1.18 (60 ℃), then the Lonicerae flos extract was dried, the content of chlorogenic acid compounds (95.04%) and the dry cream yield (42.17%) were higher. Conclusion The extraction method is simple and feasible, and can be used as the extraction process of Lonicerae flos.
