      目的 建立缓解体力疲劳保健食品桂芍舒逸口服液的指纹图谱。方法 采用高效液相色谱法建立桂芍舒逸口服液的指纹图谱, 利用二极管阵列检测器全波长扫描选定最佳波长, 用对照品标示其中几种特征峰的成分, 以乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 柱温30 ℃, 流速为1 mL/min。结果 最佳测定波长为230 nm, 建立了桂芍舒逸口服液的指纹图谱, 标示出了14个共有峰, 指认出了芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵3种成分的特征峰。结论 本实验所建立的指纹图谱测定过程简单, 方法稳定可靠, 在相同条件下能够同时检测更多的成分, 可用于桂芍舒逸口服液的质量控制, 同时为后续一测多评法开展奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a fingerprint for relieving physical fatigue health food Guishaoshuyi oral liquid. Methods The fingerprint of Guishaoshuyi oral liquid was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The optimal wavelength was selected by full-wavelength scanning of diode array detector. The components of several characteristic peaks were marked with reference substance to acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid. The solution was subjected to a gradient elution with a mobile phase at a column temperature of 30 ℃ with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results The optimal measurement wavelength was 230 nm. The fingerprint of Guishaoshuyi oral liquid was established, and 14 common peaks were identified. The characteristic peaks of three components of paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were identified. Conclusion The fingerprint mapping method established in this experiment is simple, the method is stable and reliable, and more components can be detected simultaneously under the same conditions, which can be used for quality control of Guishaoshuyi oral liquid.
