目的 进一步提高实验室对转基因成分的检测水平, 提升检验人员的专业素养。方法 根据能力验证计划作业指导书中推荐使用的GB/T 19495.5-2004《转基因产品检测 核酸定量PCR检测方法》中提供的3种方法分别对样品进行检测。结果 样品013和083为GTS-40-3-2品系转基因大豆, 142为非转基因大豆。能力验证获得满意结果。结论 转基因成分检测应重点关注DNA提取效率和实验过程质控等因素。 |

Objective To improve the detection ability of genetically modified component in laboratory, and enhance the technical level of laboratory technicians. Methods The detection of samples was carried out, according to the 3 kinds of methods provided in GB/T 19495.5-2004 Detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products-Quantitative PCR methods based on nucleic acid recommended in the capability test operation guide. Results The foreign gene GTS-40-3-2 was detected in CODE 013 and CODE 083. Meanwhile, GTS-40-3-2 wasn’t detected in CODE 142. The ability verification results were satisfied by the organizers. Conclusion The detection of genetically modified components should focus on factors such as DNA extraction efficiency and quality control of the experimental process. |
